Founding Principal - Ms. Star
My name is Alyssa Starinsky, but to our school, I am Ms. Star! I am the Founding Principal of Rhodes College and Career Academy.
RCCA opened the 2017-2018 school year as part of the Cleveland Plan’s small school initiative. Back then we only had 9th grade, 10 teachers, and one hallway – a year I affectionately refer to as summer camp 🙂 We have grown a lot since then, adding a grade level every year, and are now a 9-12 campus! We have an incredible student body, who have helped us shape our school, and continue to push our thinking around how to best serve them. We also have a phenomenal teaching staff, who are invested in our students and school – each serving as an architect to help us build the best school possible! Our Core Values are the core of what we do and are representative of our staff. Gooooooo Rams!
